Where are you located?
We are located right outside of Philadelphia, PA! We will be shipping all your orders from here.

When will my order arrive?
We ship ALL orders using USPS. After your order is placed you can expect your order to be processed within 1-3 business days.

How do I track my package?
USPS offers free tracking. Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, then visit https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

How much is shipping?
Here at Maverick James we offer $6.95 flat rate shipping on all orders UNDER $150. For orders $150 and ABOVE please enjoy free shipping on us.

Do you ship to my country?
Due to the small nature of our company we are currently unable to ship outside of the US. Please sign up for our newsletter to be informed of when this changes along with any other new updates!

What if my order arrives damaged?
We are so sorry this happened! Please reach out to our customer service team, contact@maverickjames.com so we can sort this out! (We may ask you for a picture)

How do I change my order?
We are so pleased you decided to place an order with us! Please make sure to DOUBLE, TRIPLE CHECK your order as it can not be modified once it goes through our system!
*Once an order is placed, NO CHANGES can be made* This includes but is not limited to discount code adjustments, store credit, shipping cost adjustments, adding/removing items, cancelling orders, etc.

What if I wrote the wrong address?!
Maverick James does NOT take responsibility for any packages shipped to the WRONG GIVEN ADDRESS. It’s your responsibility to make sure the receiving address is correct! If you placed an order and notice it is the wrong address, please reach out to us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships out! Once the order ships, we are not responsible.

What if my package was lost or stolen?
Maverick James is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking info shows your order was “delivered” Maverick James is NOT responsible. Please contact your LOCAL post office (USPS) with questions regarding your shipment.

We offer payment methods using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal.

Do you have a size guide?
Since we offer pieces from a number of different manufacturers we do not have a one size fits all size guide. We do our best to display our pieces on different body shapes and sizes. While also listing that models measurements. In the description section we offer the sizing information given to us from that manufacturer as well as our own opinion on whether it runs large, small, or true to size. How much is my return?
Maverick James wants you to be happy with everything you buy, but if you aren't we want the return process to be as easy as possible! Please just make an account and follow the prompts! After we will happily send you a return label! if you're order was over $150 your return is FREE. Under $150 you'll only be charged the initial $6.95 spent on shipping, not for the return label sent to you.

Why was my refund not the exact amount I paid?
As a small business to keep free shipping over $150 and an easy return process, we are unable to refund the $6.95 service charge for original shipping if your order was under $150, but we will not charge you for a return shipping label. Thank you for understanding!

Why am I being charged a handling fee for my return?
When you request a return, we provide a shipping label to make the process easier. The handling fee covers the cost of the return shipping label.

How does the handling fee affect my refund or store credit?
A: The handling fee will be deducted from your total refund or store credit amount. For example, if your return is valued at $61.88 and you paid $6.95 for shipping (the handling fee) and your order total was $68.83, you will receive $61.88 in store credit or a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
Due to the small nature of our company we do not offer exchanges at the moment. We ask you to please make an account and follow the prompts for your FREE return then make another purchase. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

Can I return my custom made piece?
Custom made pieces i.e. denim, hats, etc CAN NOT be returned for original form of payment or store credit. Thank you for understanding.
