All purchases are eligible for a return within  21 days of delivery date. We will be happy to send you a return label at no extra cost but we kindly ask you to create an account and follow the prompts! Due to the small nature of our company we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please create an account for your free return and follow the prompts. We then ask you to make another purchase. We are SO SORRY for any inconvenience this may cause you. All item(s) must be in new, unworn/unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please be mindful that things such as make-up and deodorant may transfer when trying pieces on. Products returned discolored or stained MAY BE subject to a restocking fee or loss of refund. If for any reason any item(s) arrived damaged, please reach out to our management team right away so we can resolve this issue. If you regret to return your item(s) within the designated time frame we will be happy to accept your return. However, we will have to issue a store credit that you are more than welcome to use at anytime! All INTIMATES and FINAL SALE item(s) are NOT subject to a refund of original payment or store credit, except to correct an error of defect. Custom made pieces i.e. denim, hats, etc CAN NOT be returned for original form of payment or store credit. Thank you for understanding.

*SWIM SUITS and SWIM ACCESSORIES MAY NOT be returned WITHOUT hygiene liner intact and tags attached! (Maverick James reserves the right to not refund/return a swim purchase due to the above criteria).

SUNGLASSES and ACCESSORIES (necklaces, rings, gloves, belts, scarves, watches, pins, and bow ties) can be returned in original packaging with tags still attached UNWORN for store credit ONLY.

STOCKINGS/TIGHTS are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT. They must have tags attached and original packaging. They must be returned to us in the same condition you received them (NO holes, rips, or tears NO EXCEPTIONS).
